The processing of river pebbles is divided into three stages: coarse crushing of jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing of impact crusher or cone crusher and sand shaping of sand making machine
1. Large river pebbles are evenly fed by vibrating feeder through the storage bin and transported to jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After being screened by vibrating screen, the coarsely crushed river pebbles are transported by belt conveyor to impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
2. The river pebbles transported to the counter-attack/cone-attack are finely crushed and screened by a circular vibrating screen. The river pebbles with larger particles are returned to the counter-attack/cone-attack for re-crushing.
3, the broken river pebbles into the sand machine for further crushing and shaping, if you need to clean the river pebbles, can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
4. Packaging the finished river pebbles after drying.
