Product Introduction
Vibrating feeder is also called vibrating feeder. In the production process, massive and granular materials can be evenly, regularly and continuously fed to the receiving device from the storage bin. In the sand and gravel production line, it can be continuously and evenly fed to the crushing machinery, and the materials are roughly screened.
Performance characteristics
1, HD series vibration feeder with vibration motor as the excitation source, simple structure, large capacity, low failure rate.
2, HD series vibration feeder is eccentric shaft vibration exciter as the excitation source, gear transmission. It has the advantages of low noise, stable work, long life, pre-screening fine materials, etc., so that the crusher is more efficient.
3. It has an adjustable gap grid design to prevent material blockage. Customers can choose a speed regulating motor to control the feeding amount without frequent starting of the motor.
Working principle
The motor makes the eccentric block of the exciter rotate at high speed through the triangle belt. The running eccentric block generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface to produce a continuous throwing motion. In the process of meeting the material and the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen hole are screened through, thus realizing classification.
